Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your handmade jewellery. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Due to each piece being unique, exchanges may not always be possible, as we do not keep alternative sizes/ colours of individual pieces - however we will do our best to accommodate any adjustments prior to delivery. Please reach out to hello@allourlight.net and we will do our best to create a piece you will love!

Bespoke Commissions

Due to the custom nature of commissioned pieces, these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We'll work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure you're delighted with your piece.

How to Return or Exchange

Please contact us at hello@allourlight.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll provide you with return instructions and address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
